All of our cookies and cakes are baked in small batches without the use of mass-produced commercial machines. Each cookie is hand rolled and hand decorated simply to insure the Dolce & Biscotti quality you expect in every batch we bake. This family tradition and time consuming way of baking produces a delicate cookie and moist cake that tastes fresh out of the oven, with every bite you take.

The more popular varieties are also available individually by the pound or in quarter-pound gift bags perfect for stocking stuffers.
